1. Prepare the Shampoo
Dilute up to 1:30 with lukewarm water, adjusting based on coat type and dirtiness level. Mix until a creamy foam forms.

2. Apply to the Coat
Apply generously to a wet coat. Massage for 3–5 minutes to allow the botanical actives to fully absorb.

3. Rinse Thoroughly
Rinse until water runs clear. Repeat if needed for a deeper cleanse.

4. For Very Dry or Damaged Coats
Use less diluted shampoo for enhanced cleansing and nourishing power.

Previously, we used compostable, plant-based Veganbottle® packaging as part of our effort to eliminate plastic. However, in real-world use, these bottles could begin to decompose over time, which affected durability and customer satisfaction. Additionally, industrial composting systems for packaging are not yet clearly defined or consistently available in all countries, meaning compostable packaging was not always disposed of as intended.

For these reasons, we made a conscious decision to transition to 100% recycled plastic bottles sourced from at-risk coastlines. This solution ensures product safety, longevity, and reliability—while helping prevent ocean-bound waste and supporting a more circular use of existing materials.
