Shipping Information

Shipping method

We offer premium delivery with Royal Mail using their Tracked 48 system and with Parcelforce using their Express 48 system. Terms and conditions for delivery remain as per Royal Mail and Parcelforce standard terms and they reserve the right to open and inspect the shipment at their sole discretion.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping costs and delivery times within United Kingdom:
Up to 3kg: £6.00 flat rate inclusive of VAT
Over 3kg: £9.00 flat rate inclusive of VAT
Delivery time allow 1-3 working days from processing (see below)

If you wish to discuss an order for a larger quantity of products than advertised on the website, please contact us directly at info@doglyness.uk and we will discuss in more detail.

Shipment processing time

  • We aim to process all orders that are in stock within 2 working days upon order receipt and confirmation.
  • Shipments are also processed and shipped Monday to Friday. We do not ship at weekends or national holidays.
  • All products that are out of stock will be shipped within approximately 4 weeks upon order receipt and confirmation.
  • We will inform you of any delays or unavailabilities of products if not stated on our website

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive shipping information and a tracking number after your order is completed and processed. Please enter a valid email address and phone number during the checkout.

Customs, duties, and taxes

The prices on our website are inclusive of all customs charges, duties and VAT. All of our products are supplied to us by Doglyness International GmbH in Germany and we reserve the right to review our prices dependant on fluctuations in the exchange rate and any changes in duties and / or tariffs.

Damages

Doglyness UK Limited is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
