1. Prepare the Shampoo
Dilute up to 1:30 with lukewarm water, adjusting based on coat type and dirtiness. Mix until a rich, creamy foam forms.

2. Apply to the Coat
Apply generously to a wet coat, ensuring full coverage.

3. Massage
Massage gently for 3–5 minutes to allow the restorative botanical actives to penetrate and rejuvenate the coat.

4. Rinse Thoroughly
Rinse until water runs clear. Repeat if needed, especially for heavily soiled or damaged coats.

5. For Very Dry or Stressed Coats
Use a less diluted formula for enhanced cleansing and rejuvenation.

This updated packaging reflects our ongoing commitment to responsible sourcing and more sustainable choices throughout our production and packaging processes.

Previously, we used compostable, plant-based Veganbottle® packaging as part of our effort to eliminate plastic. However, in real-world use, these bottles could begin to decompose over time, which affected durability and customer satisfaction. Additionally, industrial composting systems for packaging are not yet clearly defined or consistently available in all countries, meaning compostable packaging was not always disposed of as intended.

For these reasons, we made a conscious decision to transition to 100% recycled plastic bottles sourced from at-risk coastlines. This solution ensures product safety, longevity, and reliability—while helping prevent ocean-bound waste and supporting a more circular use of existing materials.
